0700 A.M.
Thurs was CG with USM bros & sis. joyce and I chaired e games after dinner. Think it was quite rowdy^_^ and perked us up for praise & worship later on. (maybe a few imperfections was that 1. could have more different types of challenges 2. the sugar-salt water tasted too salty & yucky. more like torture than challenge ba.. keke.. I had a wonderful time as well.. Just some more threads of thoughts: ->i should be more concerned about the country's affairs (the presentation's in response to a ST article about PM Lee's speech. Qns: (1) How would a better S'pore be? (2) How can we create a better S'pore? (3) How can youth make a difference in the community? ) ->huaqiang is really quite a good guitarist ^_^ and when he talks, everybody listens (so, he can be a very good teacher, eh? ^_^) one thing i'd like to learn from him is the clarity and elaboration ->reached home quite late cos Yuhong not around, keke.. -> Yiping drives a car (wow! pretty impressive, ne! I wanna learn driving too..) -> ...
Wed the company employed a Jap lady (her name's Akiko) and fri a Jap man (both working in Sales dept - i'm with PC dept). how time flies! i'm no longer a "new" staff liao.. seems like a long time too.. ok la, but hope to know more ppl from there. There's a Serene who's abt my age, and that makes me the youngest in the company. I'm on rather good terms with the pantry auntie too. She's very nice to talk to, and quite street smart as well, far from my warped first impression..keke..
today will have 2nd part of Word for Life.. I'm going for Divine Authority.. 2-10 pm..
1154 P.M. - returned from WFL which ended at around 10 PM. It was a great class.. the instructors (Claramae & Joshua) imparted a lot to us. Even though our room (near hope resources and voices of some people talking outside) was not very sound-proof from outside,it was compensated by the great teaching. some humourous contributions from brother xiaozu too, haha.. and played Pyramid game too...
Tomorrow is water baptism day, will be doing ushering. wow.. heard from sisters that our dear yufen is going under the water.. wow! so happy for u, sis "Audrey"[sic]! hmm.. nothing to write for now, going to go through my WFL manual one more time, then zzz....
